1.Suitable for:

• The permanent magnet Sm,Co,Nd,Dy.The secondary battery, Li,Ni, Co, Mn, and mixed rare earth. Mn Zn ferrite, Ni Zn ferrite,NdfeB and Sm Co, Rare earth magnetic material,Treating water collapse materials,New material research lab.

2.Principle:

• In accordance with ASTM B311, MPIF Standard 42, JIS Z2505, GB/T5163, and by adopting the buoyancy method of Archimedean principle, and by applying wax-sealing method, the boiling water method and vacuum saturation method, it can show the measuring result accurately and fast.

3.Functions:

• For permeable sintered magnetic materials, by using medium method, it can directly show the bulk density, wet density, apparent density, apparent porosity, water absorption, volume of open pores and closed pores, total porosity.

• The bulk density can be showed directly by using wax-sealing method.

• By using silicon oil as mediumm it can show apparent density and volulme.

• The machines have the function of water temperature and solution compensation setting, and density setting when using wax-sealing method.

• By Adopting the design of big tank, it can decrease the inaccuracy cused by supporting wire's buoyancy.

• Standard size of water tank: 150 x 100 x 90 mm. For KBD-1200IN can be customized according to the customers' demand.
