1.Suitable for:

• Elastic material, Rubber, Tire, Transport belt, Sole, Soft synthetic leather, New materials abrasion research lab.

2.Principle:

• DIN abrasion test method: up to standard: DIN-53516, ISO-4649, GB/T9867.It is designed by adopting the different volume before and after abrasion to calculate the abrasion value.

3.Functions :

• The materials whose density is higher or lower than 1 g/cm are all can be tested.

• No need tedious calculation, it can show the abrasion value, abrasion index and apparent density of vulcanized rubber and shoes materials directly.

• Temperature compensation and solution compensation setting, more humanized design and it meets the demand of
  operating on site.

• By adopting the design of big tank, it can decrease the deviation caused by supporting wire's buoyancy.

• When using corrosive liquid as medium, the anti-corrosive water tank can be chosen.

• Standard size of water tank: 150X100X90mm,Sample size can be tested: 100X70X35mm.
